BAMER Women Breaking Barriers to Employment project aim is to tackle barriers that BAMER women face when accessing learning, seek volunteering and employment opportunities. Support includes one to one advice and guidance is provided where personal goals are discussed. Provision of career guidance and job search assistance, such as CV building, job application support and interview skills. To provide workshop in motivation, confidence building, assertiveness and effective communication.
