Guidelines On how to protect yourself from Coronavirus. 

Here are a few things that both adults and young people can do to stay healthy. We need to be “all in” to keep one another healthy, meaning everyone has to do their part.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
    • If you don’t have soap, use hand sanitizer (60–95% alcohol based).
  • Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Stay home when you are sick and avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze into the bend of your elbow or a tissue, then throw the tissue in the bin.
  • Eat a balanced diet.
  • Get enough sleep.
  • Exercise regularly.
