The NRPF partnership is located within the London VAWG Consortium, funded by London Council.

The project provides one to one specialist advice to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support to Black, Ethnic and Minoritised women with No recourse to public funds (NRPF) under S17, and with women with NRPF who get social services support but fall outside S17.

This provision includes tailored package of support through in-house advocacy and legal expertise and specialist refuge provision where on- going support is provided.

Our caseworkers work closely with our partners to ensure the provision covers LGBTQ women with NRPF under S17. Survivors are supported to seek exceptional legal provisions that will allow women to access public funds. The projects also includes English conversation classes for women of NRPF.
